Harrison Assessments (HATS) is a time-saving tool that provides a shared vocabulary and promotes greater understanding for effective CPE supervision. HATS Paradox Reports provide useful data for student interviews, learning goal setting, individual supervision, measuring progress, and understanding group dynamics in CPE. This workshop will explain Dan Harrison's Paradox Theory and illustrate how Paradox Theory is applied via HATS to help students accomplish CPE objectives. Learning Objectives: The learning objectives of the workshop are to explain Dan Harrison's Paradox theory and demonstrate applications of the theory useful to CPE educators.
